RETURN POLICY

 

• Mail merchandise in original packaging with order invoice. -you will not be reimbursed for the cost of return shipment

• Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of an exchange or return. Your purchase will be refunded to your card within two days of receipt.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

• Refunds will be applied to the form of method used during the online order and will appear as credit. Refunds include the amount you paid for the item(s) with any additional sales tax that was charged at the time of purchase.

• Exchange can be made within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

• Shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless the company detects that the item(s) is/are defective, damaged or it was a fulfillment error.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT OR FULFILLMENT ERROR

 

• If an item happens to be damaged, defective or it appears to be a fulfillment error, we will be happy to arrange and cover the cost of return of shipping.

CANCELLATIONS

 

• An item may sell out before your product ships to you and we may need to cancel your order. If your product is unavailable for any reason, we will notify you by email and your credit card will not be charged.
